Shipping Policy

Swift Ship Containers ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
1. Shipping Cost
A flat-rate shipping fee of $450.00 applies to all orders within the contiguous 48 states, regardless of container size. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available at custom-quoted rates — contact us for pricing. The shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Delivery Method
Containers are delivered by tilt-bed or flatbed truck. The truck requires:
- Clear access to the delivery site (minimum 14 ft clearance height, 60-100 ft straight approach depending on container size)
- A firm, level surface for placement (gravel, concrete, or compacted ground)
- Someone present at delivery to sign and inspect the container
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, weather, or location. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking or delivery details once your order ships.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Issues
- Missed delivery: If you are not available and we cannot access the site, a redelivery fee may apply
- Damaged delivery: Document damage on delivery paperwork and notify us within 24 hours
- Wrong item: Contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement at no cost
